Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited charges up to a maximum of 30% plus VAT
for the provision of claims management services. This fee is applicable on a No Win No Fee
basis.

Example A: If a client is awarded £1,000.00 in compensation, Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited will charge a fee to the client up to a maximum of £300.00 plus VAT at 20% being £60.00, meaning the client will receive £640.00.

Example B: If a client is awarded £3,000.00 in compensation, Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited will charge a fee to the client up to a maximum of £900.00 plus VAT at 20% being £180.00, meaning the client will receive £1,920.00.

Example C: If a client is awarded £10,000.00 in compensation, Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited will charge a fee to the client up to a maximum of £3,000.00 plus VAT at 20% being £600.00, meaning the client will receive £6,400.00.

Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited completes an initial assessment free of charge and with no commitment from a client to pursue a claim.

Following an initial assessment, a client can then contract with Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited in order to complete a claim on their behalf.

The client can cancel their agreement with Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited within 14 days of signing their contract without incurring any liability. The client does not need to give any reason for cancellation.

The client can terminate their agreement with Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited after 14 days of signing their contract. In this instance Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited reserve the right to charge a fee of £90 per hour (including VAT) for any work completed up to that date.

The client must provide Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited with all documentation requested to pursue the claim, complete the necessary paperwork required and promptly communicate all relevant information to Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited throughout the claims process.

Clients can do a claim themselves directly to the adviser or company for no charge. A client can also approach the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme for free if they wish for them to review a case.

If a claim is to be referred to a third party a client would be notified prior to their details being passed on and acceptance has been agreed with the client.

PENSION CLAIMS

If you have completed a Pension transfer into a SIPP, SSAS or QROPS following advice from an FCA regulated entity (i.e. IFA or Pension Provider) then you may have grounds for a claim as the advice you received may have not been suitable.

Security and Wealth Financial Recoveries Limited will complete an initial assessment free of charge and will be able to advise you if we think you would have a valid claim.

If you have taken out a mortgage from 31st October 2004 following advice from an FCA regulated entity (i.e. mortgage broker or lender) then you may have grounds for a claim as the advice you received may have not been suitable.
